1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on bkk999.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credit awarded to a Player as part of a promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload bonus, free spin conversion, or any other promotional scheme.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the process by which bkk999 verifies a Player's identity and age using government-issued documentation.
• "Platform" means the bkk999 website at bkk999.bet, its subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any associated application programming interfaces.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player using an approved payment method, net of any applicable fees.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in qualifying games before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.

Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain an account on bkk999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bkk999 does not permit gambling by persons under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a representative, agent, or trustee of any other person or entity.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or associate of bkk999 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment processors.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended bkk999 account. Each person may hold only one account. Opening duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.
• You are not self-excluded from bkk999 or any other gambling service under a voluntary self-exclusion agreement.
• Participation in online gambling is your personal choice and is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. bkk999 reserves the right to close an account if false or misleading information is provided at registration or any time thereafter.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bkk999 recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
• Never disclose your password to any third party, including bkk999 customer support staff (who will never ask for your password).
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact bkk999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

bkk999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. All bets and transactions placed using your account credentials are deemed to have been placed by you and are binding.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

bkk999 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods for players in Bangladesh:

Deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. bkk999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Depositing on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. bkk999 reserves the right to return funds and close the account if a deposit is found to originate from a third-party source.

bkk999 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card network.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Verification: Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be approved. Required documents include a valid government-issued photo ID confirming age (21+) and residential address.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Same-Method Rule: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the limits of that payment method. If this is not technically possible, bkk999 will contact you to arrange an alternative.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals submitted to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Pending Bets: Withdrawal requests will not be processed while you have open bets. All active bets must be settled before the withdrawal queue is activated.
• Wagering Requirements: Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fully met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is authorised. Attempting to withdraw before meeting a wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived directly from that bonus.

bkk999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. Enhanced due-diligence documents may be requested in such cases, including proof of source of funds.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

bkk999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount on qualifying casino games. Sports betting wagers do not contribute to casino bonus wagering requirements unless specifically stated.
• Game Weighting: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward bonus wagering. Slots from participating studios typically contribute 100%. Live casino games contribute 10%. Certain game titles are excluded from wagering entirely — refer to the specific promotion page for the current exclusions list.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 7 days after crediting if not used. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Abuse and Exploitation: bkk999 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging, bonus stacking across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of specific game mechanics to meet wagering requirements. bkk999 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts found engaging in such conduct.
• One Welcome Bonus Per Household: The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household address, per IP address, and per payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim the welcome bonus more than once constitute bonus fraud.

7 Game Rules and Betting

All games and betting markets on bkk999 are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. In case of conflict between these general Terms and the rules of a specific game or market, the specific game rules prevail for that game or market.

• bkk999 uses certified random number generators for all RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, crash games). Live dealer games are streamed from independently audited studios.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the odds are locked. bkk999 reserves the right to void bets where obvious pricing errors occur.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure that interrupts a game round in progress, bkk999 will attempt to settle the round in a fair manner. Where settlement is not possible, the stake for the interrupted round will be refunded. No further compensation is payable.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game, table, and player account tier.
• bkk999 reserves the right to impose betting limits on any account at any time at its discretion, including reducing maximum bet limits for accounts suspected of professional or systematic betting strategies designed to exploit the platform.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bkk999 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one account, whether under the same or a different name, email address, or payment method.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Money laundering or using bkk999 to process proceeds of crime.
• Collusion with other players to defraud the platform or gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.
• Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any software that interacts with the Platform other than a standard web browser.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from a known software error must be reported and are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Placing bets on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a third party who is self-excluded or otherwise prohibited from using the Platform.
• Attempting to circumvent deposit limits, self-exclusion restrictions, or any other responsible gaming control.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward bkk999 staff or other players.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

bkk999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A request from a competent authority or law enforcement agency.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure, inactivity), any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bkk999 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach (fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, multiple accounts), bkk999 may forfeit the balance to offset losses caused by the breach.

10 Responsible Gaming

bkk999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following self-management tools, all available free of charge from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive pop-up alerts after a set duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications displaying your net win/loss for the current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account with a commitment not to reopen it. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the bkk999 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the property of bkk999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software powering the Platform.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the Platform without the prior written consent of bkk999.
• Use bkk999 trademarks, logos, or brand assets without express written authorisation.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bkk999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the legal theory under which the claim arises.
• Losses arising from internet or network failures, power outages, equipment failures, or other matters beyond bkk999's reasonable control.
• The accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party game content provided by licensed game studios.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable account security.

bkk999's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

bkk999 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your bkk999 account or a transaction, please follow this process:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint by email to [email protected] (plain text — do not click any mailto link; type the address manually). Include your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. bkk999 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.
• Step 2 — Formal Review: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first step, request that it be escalated to the bkk999 Compliance Team. The Compliance Team will issue a formal written response within 14 calendar days.
• Step 3 — Final Decision: The Compliance Team's written response constitutes bkk999's final position on the matter. If you remain dissatisfied, you may pursue any remedies available to you under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

bkk999 will not enter into correspondence regarding complaints that involve claims already settled in writing, claims relating to activities that occurred more than 6 months before the complaint was submitted, or complaints submitted by third parties acting without the account holder's explicit written authorisation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bkk999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bkk999 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised Effective Date, and where contact details are available, by notifying registered players via email.

Your continued use of the Platform after the Effective Date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the Effective Date of the change.

bkk999 recommends that you review these Terms periodically. The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page indicate the current version in force.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using the Platform you acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using bkk999 complies with the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. bkk999 makes no representations that the Platform is legal in every jurisdiction from which it may be accessed.

For players located in Bangladesh, you acknowledge that you access the Platform at your own risk and on the basis of your own determination that such access is lawful for you. bkk999 provides no legal advice and nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.
